CAMP ATERBURY JOINT MANEUVER TRAINING CENTER, Ind. — The 219th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade, Indiana Army National Guard, in conjunction with Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, hosted an Employer Appreciation Day, Feb. 23, at Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center.
The annual event gives employers an opportunity to experience training their citizen-Soldiers receive before their deployment to Iraq. Leadership from companies across Indiana showed their support for their soldier/employee by participating in training exercises such as call of fire, Humvee roll-over training and first-aid combat buddy care.
