These patrols, in principle, allow access to local problems and needs. Also PRT-14 is glad, that the press can prepare videos and stories from real ISAF and the local security force actions. "We strive to make the ANA soldiers, local police forces to gain greater local trust and support. For the locals is very important to know and see, that the Afghan security forces are ready to provide security in the province, the Lithuanian soldiers are helpers to the preparation and coaching," Senulis said.

The provincial governance is becoming more accessible and draws more attention to the management of the province. This reinforces the local authorities take increasing responsibility for the administration of Ghor, in preparation for the full transfer of responsibility. It is hoped, that this year most of the districts of Ghor province will be involved in the transfer of responsibility process.
