RAF MILDENHALL, England - The Logistics Compliance Assessment Program inspection is almost complete at RAF Mildenhall and inspectors from Air Mobility Command are finishing their visit with the 100th Maintenance Group, 100th Logistics Readiness Squadron and 727th Air Mobility Squadron.
Tech. Sgt. Joseph Schmeisser, an LCAP assessor from Scott Air Force Base, Ill., was one of the inspectors for 100th MXG, taking care of the 100th Maintenance Squadron's portion of the inspection.
The assessor said that everyone he's dealt with in 100th MXS was well-prepared and eager to be evaluated.
"They've been very willing to show off what RAF Mildenhall does on a day-to-day basis," he said during his inspection of the work assistance vehicle training and safety program.
Chief Master Sgt. Joe Anderson, LCAP team chief for the 100th MXG inspection, also had high praise for the group.
"Since we - the AMC LCAP team - arrived, the 100th MXG airmen have been outstanding in their professionalism, attitude and pride," said the chief from Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
"Eager to showcase their talents, they routinely approached inspectors and asked to be evaluated on maintenance tasks. As I walked through the maintenance complex, it was evident that facilities and equipment is well maintained.
"It is clearly obvious the men and women of the 100th MXG are proud "Square D" maintainers!" Anderson said.
