He said he has to know everything going on in his section and every maintenance action that is occurring at all times. "If something happens while an aircraft is 'turning' on the flight line I have to go out and troubleshoot the issue," said Burke. "It takes a certain level of knowledge to do what I do." "There is a different obstacle to tackle every day because it is so fast-paced here," said Burke. "It keeps me on my toes."
