Core Value Portrayed: “Excellence in All We Do”

How does the individual portray that core value?
Sebok portrays “Excellence in All We Do” by her mentorship in her daily dealings with teenagers and youth of all ages. She was directly responsible for the recent selection of one of our teens whom was selected as the RAF Lakenheath, U.S. Air Forces in Europe and European Command Youth of the Year. With the direct mentorship of Sebok and her portrayal of the core value, the teens and youth of our community have had the opportunity to reach and attain their personal goals.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
I want to be able give back to the youth in the community while serving as a role model for our future leaders.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
Being coined as outstanding teen advisor at the Youth Leadership Symposium. It was a collaborated event between Army and Air Force teens across Europe and to be recognized alongside some of the more seasoned youth advisors was amazing.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
I would like to complete my master’s degree in aerospace education. I would eventually like to bridge the gap between my prior military and present civilian career and continue to give back to the Air Force community by instructing young Airmen in technical school.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Seeing the end results of the youth that come through our program. I get to see them evolve into young adults and eventually go on to succeed in the real world. I get to witness firsthand the wonderful impact youth programs have on our young people.
