Civic Action Team Palau Shoutout
U.S. Army Soldiers from 84th Engineer Battalion, based at Schofield Barracks, O'ahu, Hawaii, are currently on a 6-month deployment to the Republic of Palau. The Civic Action Team (CAT 84-04) mission is to provide construction capabilities, apprenticeship training, medical outreach, community relations, as well as disaster relief and humanitarian support to the Republic of Palau in order to further a positive U.S. presence. Our team’s dedication to the mission is unmatched and reflected in the quality construction and genuine relationships with the community.

Task Force Red Wolf and Army South conducts Humanitarian Civil Assistance Training to include tactical level construction projects and Medical Readiness Training Exercises providing medical access and building schools in Guatemala with the Guatemalan Government and non-government agencies from 05MAR16 to 18JUN16 in order to improve the mission readiness of US forces and to provide a lasting benefit to the people of Guatemala.
