Parker talked about how the survey is designed to ensure military members assigned to overseas locations receive a Overseas Cost of Living Allowance (OCOLA) that helps them maintain the purchasing power they would have stateside.       An installment of Sights and Sounds focusing on Ilwol Arboretum at Suwon, South Korea, Sept. 25, 2024. The arboretum was originally an industrial complex and was redeveloped to provide a green space for citizens to relax. It is decorated with a rare wildflower, seasonal, plant garden and an exhibition greenhouse.
