Before retiring from the Massachusetts Army National Guard, John Quinn provided public affairs support and planning the effects of lethal and non-kinetic targeting for units and task forces during drills, certifications, annual training, state mobilizations and oversees deployments. He currently serves as the Garrison Public Affairs Officer for Devens Reserve Forces Training Area in Massachusetts. The historic installation supports joint force units from across the northeast region by providing room to train and support their efforts to prepare their warfighting skills and professional abilities. Devens RFTA continues to evolve and meet the needs of units as their missions transform. He documents the activities to highlight the capabilities of the installation and reinforce the personnel and units which use the multi-faceted facilities to accomplish their training needs
