Technical Sergeant Liliana Moreno is the Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of Command Information, 621st Contingency Response Wing, Travis Air Force Base, Calif. She prioritizes and assigns news opportunities in support of the Air Force’s and Air Mobility Command’s strategic vision with media engagements. She engages with community leaders and civilian media to highlight the CRW’s efforts to regional, national and international audiences. She is a critical member of a four-member contingency response UTC, postured for 12-hour deployment in support of worldwide contingency requirements. Sergeant Moreno joined the Air Force in May of 2005. After Basic Military Training, she attended technical training school at the Defense Information School, Fort George G. Meade, Md., and graduated on November 2005. As a photojournalist, she has served in a variety of positions in EUCOM, ACC, AFSOC, and AMC. Her work has been published worldwide and garnered top spots on the Air Force Link and Department of Defense websites.
