Senior Airman Janelle Deanne D. Patiño is a Public Affairs Photojournalist at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. In this capacity, she fulfills the needs of the 92nd Air Refueling Wing by submitting content to the base paper and website as well as coverage of events for base social media and supporting command operations. SrA Patiño has also worked in community engagement and has facilitated several high visibility tours as well as coordinated various aspects of the base’s Honorary Commanders Program.
SrA Patiño entered the Air Force in July 2012 after High School. She graduated from the basic photojournalism course at the Defense Information School, Fort George G. Meade, Maryland, July 2015.
After arriving at Fairchild, she served as the flight sergeant in the base’s Honor Guard team where she scheduled and performed more than 50 honor guard details. SrA Patiño is currently pursuing a degree in Public Affairs.
