TECHNICAL SERGEANT COLTON J. ELLIOTT Technical Sergeant Colton J. Elliott is a Utah Air National Guard member assigned to the 151st Headquarters, Roland R Wright Air National Guard Base, Utah. The 151st Air Refueling Wing flies the KC-135R Stratotanker in support of aerial refueling, aeromedical evacuation, and cargo missions and serves the Governor of the state of Utah and the President of the United States.
