Technical Sergeant Kaleb Mayfield is the Command Information NCOIC, 4th Fighter Wing Public Affairs, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, N.C. The command information team disseminates the wing commander’s priorities and command messages to more than 6,000 members of one of the largest fighter wings in the U.S. Air Force, via the base’s official website and social media sites. Mayfield started his career as a CE electrician. Since becoming a broadcaster, he has excelled in his career field, honing skills in video production, live-radio hosting, audio production, and personnel management.
Mayfield has shown his standout leadership abilities throughout his career, from leading teams in dangerous high-line power repairs to expertly managing AFN radio and video operations. Since becoming NCOIC of Command Information, he has furthered his abilities in both videography and leadership, sharing the mission of the 4th Fighter Wing.
