MAJ Joe Legros is a Public Affairs planner with U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF) based in Vicenza, Italy. He has been a Public Affairs Officer since 2016, graduating from the Public Affairs Qualification Course at the Defense Information School (Ft. Meade) in 2017.
