    Staff Sgt. Noah Damon Coger is a Public Affairs Craftsman assigned to the 56th Fighter Wing, Luke Air Force Base, Arizona, where he supports the mission of the largest fighter wing in the U.S. Air Force. During his time at Luke AFB, Coger deployed to the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing, Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, in the summer of 2021. While there, he provided crucial documentation between August and September, during the United States' withdrawal from Afghanistan that became the largest noncombatant evacuation operation in history, Operation Allies Refuge. Coger’s previous assignment was the 86th Airlift Wing, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, where he supported three Wings, two numbered Air Forces, United States Air Forces in Europe, Air Forces Africa, and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. While at Ramstein he was attached to the 37th Airlift Squadron for their annual deployment to Bulgaria, Thracian Summer 2018, where he documented bilateral training that focused on tactical flying exercises for C-130J pilots and loadmasters. He was deployed to Kigali, Rwanda to cover African Partnership Flight Rwanda 2019, covering a variety of engagements ranging from multi-disciplinary courses focused on aviation safety to cultural exchanges among five participating African nations, which promoted goodwill through mutual interests.
