Capt. Tevin Radford is a native of Beaufort, South Carolina. He was commissioned into the United States Army through ROTC while attending The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in 2014. Upon graduation, he attended the military police Basic Officer Leadership Course in Fort Leonard Wood, MO, graduating in 2015.
Capt. Radford has served in several leadership positions as a military police officer. His previous assignments include platoon leader with the 410th Military Police Company on Fort Hood, TX. He served with the 64th Military Police Company as the executive officer. He would then serve as the adjutant to the brigade commander for the 89th Military Police Brigade. Later assigned to the National Capitol Region, he served as the police operations officer for the Fort Belvoir Directorate of Emergency Services and following, commander of the 212th Military Police Detachment located on Fort Belvoir, VA assigned to the Military District of Washington. As a public affairs officer, following military police command, Capt. Radford was assigned to Fort Campbell, KY where he commanded the 40th Public Affairs Detachment and led the unit through a 9-month deployment to the CENTCOM area of operations in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Capt. Radford currently serves as the division public affairs plans & operations chief for the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault).
