Airman First Class Marcel Williams enlisted in the Air Force in May 2016 as a Broadcast Journalist, arriving at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M., February 2017. Finishing BMT as dorm chief, completing tech school with multiple awards, including Airman of the Month, and obtaining accolades upon his arrival to his first duty station, such as the most professional airman, has proven his leadership skills and ethic. In 2017, during 17th CMSAF Cody’s visit to Cannon AFB, he coined A1C Williams for his work and conduct. A1C Williams has produced video content for Cannon Air Force Base that has highlighted the men and women that keep our mission going. He has highlighted AFSOC mission capabilities demonstrated through numerous exercises and presented quality products that MAJCOM leadership uses to analyze strengths and weaknesses.
