1LT Alexander P. Hamilton commissioned in the United States Army on May 19th, 2023, upon graduation from the University of Nevada, Reno. He attended the Air Defense Artillery Basic Officer Leaders Course at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. 1LT Hamilton is currently an Avenger platoon leader assigned to Charlie Battery 1-57 ADAR in Vicenza, Italy.
1LT Hamilton is passionate about public affairs and works diligently to highlight the Soldiers in his unit.
1LT Hamilton has previously held the position of PAO for the University of Nevada ROTC and for ADA BOLC Class 02. 1LT Hamilton is currently a UPAR at C/1-57 ADAR. His battery page is "c157adar". He looks forward to becoming the UPAR for his battalion in the future.
1LT Hamilton deployed to Iraq in 2025 in support of Operation Inherent Resolve's Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems mission. 1LT Hamilton awards include Army Achievement Medals, Army Service Ribbon, Parachutist Badge, and Air Assault Badge.
