The attached draft Environmental Assessment (EA) dated November 2023, addresses the USACE repair of the Dunkirk Outer Breakwater located at the City of Dunkirk, Chautauqua County, New York on the southern shore of Lake Erie, 40 miles southwest of Buffalo.
