The MLAC is a Biannual Conference between the Marine and Naval Infantries Leaders of America. The Marine Leaders of the America's Conference is an international forum for the Senior Leaders of the Marine Corps/Naval Infantry of all countries in North, South and Central America. It is co-hosted by the governments of Peru and the United States The purpose of the MLAC is to provide a forum for senior naval infantry leaders to engage in professional exchanges, develop personal relationships, and to address common security issues in particular preparation for joint responses to potential natural disasters or humanitarian crises.
