The Alaska Post is a weekly newspaper produced by the U.S. Garrison Fort Wainwright Public Affairs Office and serving more than 16,000 soldiers, families and DOD civilian employees of the Fort Wainwright community and local communities. Fort Wainwright's home website is at www.wainwright.army.mil. The Alaska Post's mission is to inform, promote and educate through accurate reporting, writing and imagery.
