The 143d Airlift Wing hosts over 500 high school students, teachers, and administrators for the annual Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) event, September 20, 2024, Quonset Air National Guard Base, North Kingstown, RI. The Rhode Island National Guard STEAM event gives back to our local community by providing a platform for students, educational influencers and local businesses to participate in highly interactive hands-on experiences for the purpose of exploring, demonstrating and promoting the educational programs, career fields, and overall excellence of the Rhode Island Army and Air National Guard.
