AMALGAM EAGLE 2024 was designated to facilitate integration and increase the capability of U.S. and Mexican Armed Forces to work together during aviation challenges on and across our shared border. These aviation challenges were presented via scenarios, including live-fly air interdictions and Search-and-Rescue (SAR) training. These scenarios enabled joint training between both nations, promoting the exchange of aviation-related best practices.
Under Operation NOBLE EAGLE, fighters from the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Continental U.S. Region (CONR), in collaboration with interagency partners, will be busy protecting the skies surrounding the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025.
