Held from March 14 to April 15, 2025, at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, the program brought together more than 70 security professionals from around the world to examine evolving dynamics in Europe and its surrounding regions.
In week two of its Countering Transnational Organized Crime, Dr. Vanda Felbab-Brown, Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution, provided an in-depth analysis of the evolution and expansion of Chinese organized crime to Marshall Center participants.
