U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Jonathan Sherchand and Lance Cpl. Noah Martinez, both combat videographers with Marine Corps Installations West, discuss potential career opportunities at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Dec. 18, 2024. In accordance with MARADMIN 585/24, the FY26 Enlisted Retention Campaign begins Jan. 1, 2025, and Marines with an end of current contract between Oct. 1, 2025 to Sept. 30, 2026 can utilize the mentioned avenues to execute a reenlistment during this campaign.
