Navy Medicine Training Support Center (NMTSC) held a change of command and retirement ceremony for Capt. Ann βAnnieβ Case (Ret.), former commanding officer of NMTSC, at Joint Base San Antonio β Fort Sam Houston (JBSA-FSH).
