(Dec. 6, 2025) — Chief Fire Controlman (Aegis) Jacob Rowe, the Navy Talent Acquisition Group Pacific Northwest NROTC coordinator, speaks with students during the HOSA Washington Future Health Professionals Conference at Tacoma Community College. Rowe briefed attendees on the Navy’s Nurse Option and Medical NROTC scholarships, which provide up to $200,000 in tuition assistance for qualifying students pursuing four-year degrees and commissions as Navy officers. Commander, Navy Recruiting Command (CNRC) recently named Navy Counselor (Recruiter) First Class Brenda Robinson, a recruiter assigned to Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Southwest, the 2025 Recruiter-in-Charge (RINC) of the Year. Robinson was selected as the top RINC out of all the 26 NTAGs across the nation.
Marshall E. Reed enlisted in the U.S. Navy as an operations specialist, continuing his family’s legacy of naval service. The son of Command Master Chief Brian Reed, Marshall grew up immersed in Navy life and brings a unique perspective to his own career. He will depart for Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois, in February 2026.
