    Rear Admiral Will Watson, Director of the U.S. Coast Guard Governmental and Public Affairs Office and Rear Admiral Andrew Lennon (US Navy Retired), Executive Director of the Naval Sea Cadets Corps (NSCC) organization, participated in a Letter of Intent signing ceremony at U.S. Coast Guard headquarters in Washington, D.C., Oct. 16, 2024.
