Tiehel aims and fires the shot line from the Ticonderoga-Class guided-missle cruiser USS San Jacinto (CG 56) used to establish communications with the USNS William McLean (T-AKE 12) to commence their replenishment-at-sea. San Jacinto is operating in the U.S. 2nd Fleet area of responsibility conducting routine certifications to help maintain the fleet's readiness.
