B-roll of Cyber Defence is an important challenge in the New Strategic Concept and Nato wants to improve the organization’s capability. The organization will bring Nato’s NCIRC - NATO Computer Incident Response Capability- to full operational capability to defend against cyber threats. NCIRC is based at at Shape, the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe.
