Capt. Amber Kurkowski, a military police brigade transition officer from Battle Mountain, Nev., talks to a military reporter about how she is doing her part in the 4th Advise and Assist Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division deployment during Operation New Dawn. During the discussion Capt. Kurkowski also explains how her father was her influence to join the Army native also expressed her gratitude for the women who have served in the military and paved the way for her to be where she is now. Capt. Kurkowski also spoke of her dream wedding at a famed theme park with her fiancée Charley.
