Soldiers of the 5th and 12th Cavalry Regiments, 1st Cavalry Division, operate in North Babil (about 40 miles south of Baghdad) to deny insurgents a former safe haven and provide security for the upcoming elections. Scenes of Bradley fighting vehicles driving out on patrol. A house search uncovers a large cache of pistols, rifles and machine guns. Outside, Soldiers see an old artillery piece and stacks of rusted shells. Many other munitions are arranged in groups, including artillery rounds wrapped in plastic that are pulled out of a space under a building. Ends inside a large container full of shell casings.
