The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers began the removal of debris from private property, Friday, June 17, in tornado-damaged areas of Joplin, Mo. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is in Joplin, Mo. managing the removal of debris left in the wake of an EF5 tornado that struck, May 22. With the Public Right of Way debris removal mission well underway, the mission will now focus on helping residents clear their property. Corps public affairs specialist Sara Goodeyon reports.
