The junior reserve officers' training corps is sponsored by the United States Armed Forces in High Schools across the United States. The program was originally designed to encourage high school students to become better citizens. Petty Officer Derek Allen met with E.J. King High School's JROTC to share how these students are taking these ideals into action.
