This edition features a story on Texas Guardsmen who teamed up with the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force at the Kita-Fuji Training Grounds in Japan this week during Orient Shield 11. Soldiers of the 3rd Battalion, 141st infantry Regiment, showed off the power of the Claymore. The day-long event gave the Texas Guardsmen valuable training and helped the Japanese forces gain knowledge on how the U.S. Army operates. The Claymore training is just one of many events planned for the two-week joint exercise. Story by Spc. Zack Zimerman. Hosted by Tech Sgt. Amber Monio.
