    Top-tier leaders from the Arkansas National Guard took a hard look at a difficult moment in the Guard's past as a way to see a better future. The adjutant general, members of his staff and Arkansas Guard leadership toured the Little Rock Central High School National Historic Site in honor of Black History Month.
