Operation Caring Hands is a program to deliver school supplies to local Iraqi schools. The mission was led by 156th Infantry Soldiers and supported by the 411th Engineer Battalion. After a brief, the Soldiers drive to the Sabiat Primary School in northern Baghdad and hand out toys and school supplies in 500 backpacks to the children of the school and surrounding neighborhood. Supplies were privately donated by citizens and community groups back home.
