The Maryland National Guard partnered with Baltimore County Police and Fire Departments to perform disaster response training in preparation for water rescue with a helicopter. The Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (HART) training is performed quarterly, and prepares responders for emergency situations such as hurricanes and floods. Story by SGT Aimee Fujikawa.
