For many, the date of March the eleventh conjures up images of the devastating power of nature. petty officer Houston Waters joined a group of sailors at Fleet Activities Sasebo as they gathered to reflect on the first anniversary of the largest earthquake ever recorded in Japan. Fleet Activities Sasebo held a moment of silence in remembrance of the nine-point earthquake that struck northern Japan at two-forty six p.m., March eleventh, two-thousand eleven, and caused a massive tsunami.
