Airmen with the Idaho Air National Guard’s 124th Air Support Operations Squadron showed family and loved ones, first hand, their job at Saylor Creek Training Range during their Kin Appreciation Day. During the event, attendees were able to see up close the equipment used by Joint Terminal Attack Controllers, or JTACs, and watch A-10 Thunderbolt IIs conduct strafing runs with their GAU-8 gatling cannon. Story by Staff Sgt. Bob Barney.
