For almost four decades Yokosuka Naval Base opens its doors to Japanese locals every summer. For some it may be curiosity to see what life is like on the base. For thousands of other Japanese visitors, Friendship Day is an annual tradition not to be missed, as Petty Officer Chris Henry explains.
