They talk about the timetable given by Secretary Rumsfeld on making sure all Humvees entering Iraq have additional protection. They talk about the growth of up-armored Humvees in Iraq since 2003. They also discuss the concern of the Army receiving more protected vehicles than the Marines, and use of the term "Hillbilly" armor.
