The 4/64 Armor MEDCAP (Medical Civil Action Program) sets up a perimeter station to provide basic medical aid to Iraqis, such as providing medicine to treat for flu and colds, treating wounds, and changing dressings. Scenes of a Soldier taking an Iraqi woman's blood pressure; a Soldier changing a dressing on a man's arm; Soldiers dispensing medicines and explaining their use; crowds gathered awaiting treatment; a Soldier explaining prescription use to a boy; Soldiers examining several infants and toddlers; a Soldier searching a woman as she enters the perimeter, two Iraqi men awaiting treatment and more crowd scenes.
