An MH-60 Helicopter assigned to Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron 75 took a hard landing while conducting routine training at Naval Air Station North Island, December 12th at approximately 11pm local time. Two of the four aircrew personnel were taken to UCSD Medical Center and the other two were taken to Scripps Mercy Hospital. The mishap is under investigation and Naval Education and Training Professional Development Technology Center is having an annual fire-suppression test for the Saufley Data Center, December 15th. This means that a number of Navy websites and applications will not be available during the test. Also available in High Definition.
