Kentucky National Guardsmen deployed to Afghanistan are working with the Afghan National Army to teach them to maintain their own base. With the drawdown of troops in 2014, the Infrastucture Training Advisory Team, or I-TAT, is showing the Afghans how important it is to maintain facilities for their fellow soldiers. THe I-TAT is teaching them how to be proficient in everything from basic carpentry to basic plumbing. Story by SPC Tianna Waite.
