The Joint Operational Access Exercise (JOAX) 13-02 is a combined joint training exercise designed to prepare elements of the 82nd Airborne Division, along with its partners and enablers, to respond as part of the Global Response Force (GRF). A C-17 crew based out of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA along with members of the 43rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron from Fort Bragg, NC train providing critical care in the air.
