Representatives of the Italian Army, Carabinieri and U.S. Army mark the transfer of authority March 1, 2013, for the construction site on the former Dal Molin Italian Air Force Base in Vicenza, Italy from the construction contractor to the Italian Army. The flags of Italy, the United States of American and NATO were raised. Italian Army Caserma Renato Del Din will be formally open in July 2013 after the construction is completed and the units of the 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team have moved into their new facilities.
