Kandahar CrossFit held a Hero Workout of the Day to honor four fallen Airmen here May 11. The WoD was held in honor of the four 361st Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron members who gave their lives when their MC-12 Liberty aircraft went down April 27 in Southern Afghanistan. U.S. Air Force Capts. Brandon Cyr and Reid Nishizuka, Staff Sgts. Richard Dickson and Daniel Fannin, were the crew members of the aircraft. "This WoD is going to be tough... but remember who you are doing it for," an instructor said before the session began.
