An aircrew takes off in a C-130H Legacy to deliver two High Mobility Multi-purpose Wheeled Vehicles over a drop zone in support of Joint Operational Access Exercise 13-03. JOAX is a seven day integrated effort between the 82nd Airborne Division and its Air Force partners.
