A Coast Guard helicopter crew assisted with communications as a Charleston, S.C., County Sheriff’s Office boat rescued a man from his vessel, which struck the Charleston Harbor jetties and began taking on water Aug. 2, 2013. Sheriffs transferred the man for evaluation and treatment by EMTs, and he was reportedly in good condition with minor cuts. (U.S. Coast Guard video) Available in High Definition.
