Specialist Maryann Guiler, a medic with the 1st Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, took part in the Cavalry Section Competition from 28 Aug. to 29 Aug The competition was designed to determine which scout section in the squadron was the best. Also during the competition, individual Troopers had the chance to earn their coveted silver spurs.
